how to create 'Oracle Real-Time Integration Business Insight' instance in Cloud

Hello All,

We all know the about the 'Oracle Real-Time Integration Business Insight' product available for cloud. However,i am facing little difficulty in creating the needed cluster in Oracle Cloud. 

The documentation says to select the service type 'Integration Analytics'. But, that is not available for the recent Oracle 12c - 12.2.1.3.0. 

If i create the with the older version - 12.2.1.2.0 (and service type is available!), looks like i need to create a DBaaS to have it configured. But do-not want to start my learning from the old version as Oracle have already stopped supporting.
