Happy Tuesday all-

I have a PDF-based RP that takes about 85 seconds to refresh variables successfully. As of yesterday, the variables stopped refreshing. I tested the RP in the test environment with no issues and imported that same RP into the production environment. Once in the new environment, the variables did not refresh. Note that other PDF RPs refresh successfully.

Has anyone else seen this issue?
