We are having Public sector planning and budgeting application in which for the Planning Unit Hierarchies, we have assigned multiple users in the reviewer list.

Now we have received the requirement from the customer that only the last reviewer should see the 'Approve' option in the action list otherwise the rest of the reviewers should see only the 'Promote' option in the action list.

I am just wondering if we can restrict the entries of the action list as per the reviewers.
