Hi All,

My reports were running fine when we developed , after couple of days randomly we are getting the below error while opening the reports.

A service error has occurred. Select "Provide Feedback" and contact Oracle Support. Reference: 8d6fac87-25af-40bf-9491-99720f9d7acc

This behavior is not consistent sometimes same reports opening fine but some time its coming. we did not changed anything on reports , tried opening other browsers like Fire Fox, IE, Chrome but issue keep on coming.

Please let me know anyone facing this issue. Our current version EPRCS is 19.02.83.
