Hierarchical relationship between courses - BI analysis based on course completion

Summary

create a BI analysis with criteria based on course completion

Content

Hi guys,

for your information is it possible through BI analysis have a criteria based on learning outcomes?

The requirement is to assign a learning item just to learner who they have not completed another course.

E.G.

if a learner has passed a course A, he has not to do course B

We are thinking to accomplish this through learning outcomes by assigning a competency (or any other profile item) to a course A, then creating a BI analysis that check who are the people that have not completed that course (so they have not that competency assigned)
