FTE based on Processed Hours

Hi All,

I'm trying to get an FTE number for each department based on actual hours entered in processed time cards. It works fine for my nonexempt population who log time but doesn't appear to be working for exempts (who only log absence time). I adding a line into the FTE calc to only look at "Normal Working Hours" for exempt employees to get the FTE number but am seeing that when an exempt employee enters absence time it adds this to the FTE calculation for the department, thus inflating it massively. Can anyone provide insight or advice on how I might
