We found that Users Password are Not getting expired even after 90 Days. We suspect that this functionality was working until Sep 2017 and after that Same has stopped working.

I found below note

The Password expiry event is controlled by the ESS job 'Password Expiry Report'. The Password Expiry Report sends the password-expiration-warning and password-expired notifications so, this need to be scheduled to run daily for the password expiration process to work properly. If this job is not scheduled the password expiration will not happen for the users and they will not receive the password expiry notification. Doc Ref:
