Incompleting someone for a course

Can you incomplete someone for a course using the Bulkloader

I thought I remember hearing at one point that you could incomplete someone for a specific course using the Bulk Loader.  If that's true, does someone have the exact combination of blank and populated fields along with bulk loader settings needed to accomplish this?  I'm using the "Course Completions" bulk loader under the Users & History tab.  I have tried several different combos of blank data fields and bulk loader settings and I cannot get it to incomplete someone for a course.

I need to incomplete because someone was keying in completions and gave the wrong person credit for 4 courses they never took.  I reset users all the time who have started and not yet completed a course.  But this time I need to incomplete someone who's currently "complete".
