How can I get text in the Benefits Responsive UI Need Help Screen

We would like to put our benefits team email and phone number when a user clicks on the benefit need help? tile.  I tried to do a page customization and it was grayed out.  Is this a configuration somewhere?

Wasn't sure if I should post this in mobile or workforce rewards/benefits
