Hi OLC Friends,

My current client is curious about the ability to assign training to a pending worker. Here are the basic requirements:

• Assign training to a pending worker
• The learner should not see any training before day 1 (where they would not be a pending worker anymore)
• Enable the manager to prepare for their new direct report's start date
• Enable the admin to prepare for the new associate
• Example: add the pending worker to a New Hire community before their actual start date, the manager would be able to control that assignment and potentially communicate to the pending worker outside the system
