Hi OLC Friends,
My current client is curious about the ability to assign training to a pending worker. Here are the basic requirements:
- Assign training to a pending worker
- The learner should not see any training before day 1 (where they would not be a pending worker anymore)
- Enable the manager to prepare for their new direct report's start date
- Enable the admin to prepare for the new associate
- Example: add the pending worker to a New Hire community before their actual start date, the manager would be able to control that assignment and potentially communicate to the pending worker outside the system
