Summary

What is considered as a personalization vs a configuration? Is there a clear definition?

Hello Experts,

I'm looking for a clear definition of "HCM Cloud Personalization".
Our client has a goal of "zero personalization", but I guess this highly depends on what we call personalization.
Haven't found what I'm looking for so far, would you have something addressing our need, please?
