I am estimating the cost for Oracle SOA Cloud PAAS service in the following Oracle site    
    https://cloud.oracle.com/cost-estimator
    
During the estimation the number of OCPU required need to be selected. The On-Premise Oracle SOA Suite environment uses 2 physical server. Each of the physical server contains 8 cores. From the documentation I believe the OCPU is Hyperthreading enabled.

Please let me know,
1. The number of OCPU that would be required for this on-Premise(2 physical server with 8 cores) setup. Could the processor core conversion factor used for licensing be applied in OCPU calculation as well?
