Currently the role is Director of Training Services, however, the role will expand with broader responsibilities, including

 - Oversee the design of broader Organizational Development

- Lead organizational models, structures

- Lead org development strategy, competency design/assignment to role

- Involvement with Succession planning

- Oversee general development plan designs for all roles

- Lead e-learning, the platform (Taleo Learn) and manage the 3-4 person team who creates the content and manages it on the platform

- Based in Charleston, SC
