Rescheduling an Instructor-led Offering and activity


Can someone please explain to me the best way to reschedule an Instructor-led Offering and activity. For example if you have an ILT called Presentation Skills that is happening on 01 April 2019 from 08h00 to 12h00. You already have Learners enrolled, but you need to change the date to 02 April 2019. We do not want to create a completely new Offering and Activity


The reason I am asking is because when I change the Offering Start and End Dates and then the Activity Date, the ‘Learning Cloud Instructor Booking Event Removal’ alert is triggering (incorrectly) but the support analyst working my SR feels I should not be changing the Offering dates and Activity dates, I should cancel everything and create new – which I do not agree with.
