Hi,

 

We have a customer's requirement for UK legislation.

They have Statutory and Occupational Absences for Maternity, Paternity, Shared Parental and Adoption leaves.

 

Now, the Statutory leaves are same as per the UK legislation. However, the Occupational Plans are little different.

 

Taking Example of Occupational Maternity Absence Plan

Case1

 

If the length of Service is greater than or equal to 12 months from the expected date of child Birth, then the worker is eligible for an Occupational maternity leave.

The payments and entitlement percentage are as follows :

 

Option1

8 weeks Full pay

16 Weeks Half Pay

28 weeks unpaid leave
