Schedule OIC integration every 4th business day of month

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement to schedule an OIC integration (schedule orchestration) every 4th business day of the month.

I am seeing options to schedule every Thursday of the first week of the month, but that won't be the 4th business day every time.

Is there any way to achieve this? Any suggestion to any other closest solution would also be highly appreciated.
