Dual use of Assignment Name causing Access Groups to skew reporting

Hello, 

We have noticed a change in the Learning Management Real Time Subject Area to the Assignment Name field that is causing additional rows to pass if a user has a relationship to the course access group and an assignment for said course. My Learning Admins wanted to see if we could write an analysis that could assign a course to anyone who did not have "complete" status to the course. I'll write out a similar example below to walk through our approach and the issue. 

1. Create Course "Leadership 101" and set Default Access = No Access. Create Access Group (Allows access to specific BU) and Submit. (Offering setup as expected)
