Assigned required learning that is already completed

Hello,

Does anyone have the similar issue with:

Voluntary completed learnings that later get assigned as required

The system registers the completion date (previous to the assingment) and the course is in the "View transcript" box and at the same time the course stays in "my required learning" box with the due date.

Any idea on how to solve this? (we tried "view again" but this is clearly not what we are looking for)
