Sales Campaign - Visibility

Hi Experts,

I am trying to explore the Sales Campaign functionality.

I did the following steps

1. Created Users with Roles Sales Manager / Sales Representative 

2. Sales Manager / Sales Representative Role User created the Sales Campaign. 

3. Assign Contacts & Add Standard templates & Submit the campaign

4. I received the notification like FYI: Campaign ABC :2019-03-08 07:07:14 - List export: Status Complete

Issues:

1. I couldn't see the campaigns which I created. I set the Campaign Status as 'All'

2. Preview Email is not receiving

3. Campaign Emails are not receiving to the Contact

How to rectify the above issues?
