How to disable matrix managers to see the assignments of the staff

Hello,

We have created matrix managers roles to perform some tasks in the tool (especially for the goals and the performance management).

We opened recently the LMS module and our matrix managers are able to view on the page:

My Team / Learning some learning assignments of staff reporting to them as matrix manager.

What role / privilege has to be changed (and how) so they stop seeing this?
