25 columns is not big number, you may have to change page size and orientation.I suggest adding 10 or 15 columns and then add 1 after the another while viewing the output, just to make sure where exactly its failing..

Modify your page layout to a larger paper size ...

Hi there, i've done something similar...maybe it could help.
1 - I've created an rtf Template with 35 columns which were very small. columns are 1 char large and the titles are top to down
ex :

2 - Under this table, I reference xml field

3 - In the data model definition, I've specified that the default output is Excel
So, the 35 columns are opened in Excel...

as mentioned by other users, change your orientation and page size .. interactive reports allow upto A3 size which can hold lot of columns, if still you need more columns, trying reducing the font size to accommodate more.

But, what happen when you need a larger page?, I don't understand why the BIP report are limited to page sizes. It doesn't have any impact in Oracle, just in their customers.
