Am trying to connect Sauron (Prometheus), which I believe runs under an OCI tenancy, to my tenancy in order to collect metrics

I am trying to connect Sauron (Prometheus) monitoring service to my OCI tenancy but it is failing to connect. I have created an ingress rule from source 0.0.0.0/0 for TCP port 9090, which should in theory allow anyone to connect but it's not working and the Sauron team have confirmed that a wget/cURL command will not connect from machines in their infrastructure.

I can however connect from my corporate laptop, and so could a member of the Sauron team - for example the following command worked (IP address removed):
