Summary

User Profiles being Inactivated by Send Pending LDAP Requests Process

Content

Hi,

We have integrated Oracle with our access management tool and rely on that tool to activate and inactivate user profiles.  What we have found though is the Send Pending LDAP Requests process is automatically inactivating user profiles that do not have any roles assigned.  This is causing issues with user provisioning via our access management tool.  Has anyone had any experience with this?  We are wondering if it is possible to configure the LDAP process to not inactivate user profiles.  Your advice and feedback is greatly appreciated!
