YearTotal/QTD Input Values not Spreading to Months in Smart View

We found details about not having the Administrator access when installing Smart View. We have tried it on a few systems and the results are still the same. Is there anything else we would need to consider? Apologies for the lack of details. We are on EPBCS. Forms are custom forms. Double-check the settings on those forms.
