How can the long string email address be changed?

Hello

Are Oracle seeking client input into improving the standard notifaction and alert template email that are sent to the learners? For example the 'From address' is a long string oracle email address which can cause confusion for the receiver. Would like to see how clients can customise this for future.  Thanks
