Did anyone faced the below error while approving a quote in Oracle CPQ via email. Please let us know your inputs.

An error has occurred while trying to process your Request.  No changes have been saved.  Details of the error are:
Could not perform Action: Approve
Could not perform Action: Submit
Could not perform Action: Request Approval
Could not perform Action: Submit
