How Gold Partners can use Oracle Cloud Services ?

Hi!

We are Oracle Gold Parner and we have Oracle Cloud account also. Can we use Oracle Services same way and for same purposes as we are allowed on our on-premise VM-s (if we pay for Cloude Services as everybody else)? Especially:
- can we use Oracle Cloud Database Service with BYOL?
- can we use a virtual machine Compute Service, and install Oracle Database on it? 
- can we use a virtual machine Compute Service, to install other Oracle products on it? 
These are different questions, maybe with different answers.
