Withdraw Notification Problem

Withdrawing approved absence doesn't receive any notification by managerContent
Hi All,
I tried to explain our issue about absence workflow and notification in below step by step.
1) Employee requested absence
2) Notification received by manager and approved (Approved notification received by employee )
3) Employee withdrawed his approved absence but no notifications received by manager.
At the end of the workflow absence is withdrawed despite manager didn't even approve or reject this action. Actually Manager didn't even know withdraw issue because of no noticication.
