How does shipping cost get's calculated in Oracle S&OP ?

Hello Team,

Can you please let me know how to calculate shipping cost in Oracle cloud S&OP ?

Also, I want to want to know how to perform simulations.

For eg: When user ship the product through Air the cost associated will be X  and when the same product is shipped through different fright the cost will be Y. 

Based on the cost business will take decision what will be the optimal way to ship the product.

How can this requirement be acheived in Oracle cloud S&OP ?
