Valid Intersection Issue

Valid intersection does not work when the exclusion is a shared rollup

We are seeing an where valid intersection will work only when the exclusion list are the accounts that are hard-coded. It does not seem to take a alternate structure that we have created as shared members with all the exclusion listed.

Our Valid intersection is defined as a specific DataType -> Total Accounts (Exclusion of "CalculatedRollup" which consists of shared members from Total Accounts Structure). This will not work.

However, if i define it as DataType -> Total Accounts (Exclusion of  ACCT1, ACCT2, ACCT3 etc) it works as expected.
