Error when Filtering Logical SQL Report off OTBI Report

Hello,
I'm currently trying to filter a logical SQL changes report based off an OTBI Analysis that identifies officers by using pay elements. I receive the below error once I apply the filter. I have attached both of the XML's. Any advice is appreciated!
