Hi,

We have our FYI notifications routed to HRBP and Payroll role. But employees with HRBP and Payroll roles are not receiving FYI notifications to their email as expected.

I could see that there is no issue with approval configuration.

We are able to see the notifications on the BPM but not to HRBP emails as expected..Is their any email/server configurations that we can check?  

Can some one suggest me the approach?
