Ability to mass update Item subinventory attributes

Hi All,

We are in the process of integrating Oracle cloud with 3rd party application. 3rd party system sends us lead times to be updated at item-subinventory level. Is there any way that we can seemlessly integrate this to bring in the data. We are aware of Export/import CSV functionality available at Manage Subinventory and locators task. But, this would be a manual approach which doesnt fit our requirement.

Doc id 2195433.1 mentions that we dont have FBDI/webservice capability available. Is it true even in 19A? Any help/pointers on this are highly appreciated.
