    Hi All , 

    I am trying to get the Month Name (Jan / Feb / Mar) from a Date entry - Eg -I'm using the following function -  MonthName ("Assignment Absences Details"."Date Start") However it is only returning the Month Number - 1 / 2 /3 

    Any Suggestions?
