Absence Management Alternate Schedule

Hello,

  We are implementing Absence Management and Time and Labor.  Our contractor created schedule patterns which include 1 hour of meal time which is counted in the work hours even though it shoudln't.  She did this for Time and labor so that the employee can enter their meal time.

  When the employee enters an Absence Request, the calculated hours are including the meal time.  For example, If an employee is scheduled to work 8 hours, the calculated amount for the Absence Request populates 9 hours since the schedule pattern includes the meal time.
