Bell notifications are not getting triggered for employees when an employee is assigned as an incident owner

Hi,

Under the Alerts Composer > HNS_Worker_Notification_Appointed, we added another communication channel: Worklist:${notificationUserName}

After saving these settings, when i tried to assign an employee as Incident owner, he got an email notification (set by default) but when we logged into his self-service, there was no bell notification.

Can someone please help us in understanding this behavior?
