HCM Active Directory Authentication - how do your users logon?

edited Apr 1, 2019 12:44AM in Human Capital Management 5 comments

Summary

We have two types of users within our (retail) business - those with business email addresses and those without. What's best way for those without @mycompany,com addresses to logon?

Hi everyone

We are in very early stages of implementing HCM and I'm looking at authentication of users as they logon to the system.

  • There are office based staff who have @mycompany.com email addresses, who are also setup on Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
  • There are also retail store and warehouse based staff who only have personal email addresses (ie @hotmail, @gmail etc).  They are not setup on MS Azure AD.

Howdy, Stranger!
