Content Complete Status Won't Go Away

I have several learners that have completed an offering and the course will not show as complete.

Hello all, 

I have a course that is assigned to a group of learners.  I did change the spelling of the course after the course was assigned.  Now I have all users that have finished the offering since then stuck in this "Content Complete" status.  This status displays under the "In Progress" status in the search results.  How can I move these learners to Completed status?
