Hi,

My impression is that person record is shared across but I am not able to see why Workers are not available as Contacts in Help Desk Service request. I can create contact in Help desk/Service request and these guys appear in Manage customer screen but if I create a person customer I don't see them in contact or person management. How can I check that I already have a person so that I can hire him without creating a duplicate person once again.
