"AND" Operator between access condition filters

Is there a way to perform "AND" operation between access condition filters in a AAC model

Hello, 

I am trying to add access condition filters on top of an entitlement filter. When I add more than one access condition filter condition filters by default they appear in a horizontal row (OR condition) beneath the entitlement filter and I am unable to move then to vertical positions to perform AND operations (between the the model access condition filters). 

FYI, this is what the online documentation says, but trying to think if there is a way to perform AND logic between access condition filters in AAC models:
