I am looking for details on action_information1...300 columns in pay_aciton_information. what data is stored in each of these columns based on category.

Earlier in EBS, we can go to FND_DESCR_FLEX_COL_USAGE_VL and query by category and find details in end_user_column_name but this information is not available. 

Can someone please let me know how to find this information in Oracle HCM Cloud
