BI Publisher - tracking of an email notification
Summary
Schedule Report JobContent
Hi All,
One of users has complained about some of their scheduled processes not sending email notification even though she filled up the email information in schedule screen. Sometime it works though. I tested the report user complained - I scheduled the report, entered my own email and I got it. Email notification process is working smoothly all in all.
Is there any way to check if a particular email notification - referred to a particular job, is getting stuck somewhere?
In fact, what we would like to confirm is if for those cases which user didn't receive the email notification if that was due to mistype, while entering the email information in the scheduling screen - Notification tab - attachment.
