Error when trying to open a report

"These items must be accessed inside EPM Workspace" error message

One of our users cannot open any reports today, and gets this error message (see image).

It is only one user, who has been a user for about 2 years, has Admin status, and nothing seems to have changed (not on a new computer, no change in access level, etc.).

We don't know what "EPM Workspace" is, or how to overcome this error.
