Learning app - Player view error messages

HCM Learning is new to our organisation since March this year.
We are seeing examples where some of our online modules when viewed in the Learning player by our staff are experiencing two types of error messages. As a result staff are having to close the browser (we predomiantely use IE version 11 and Chrome) and restart the module as the webpage becomes inactive.
Attached are some examples that have occurred. The user can be clicking next, or even opening an embedded video when these occur. It is difficult to replicate these issues to then consider if the error occurs as a result of an asset (that might be corrupted) within the online learning module.
