Issue with this Community Forum Subscription - anyone else

It seems like I'm no longer getting email notifications when people post comments/responses to initial topics. I do get email notifications for new topics/idea posts; just not the comments.

Is anyone else noticing this? Looks like it has been happening for a couple of weeks now. I've checked my subscription settings and they are set to email posts and comments. I remember this happening before and superhero Jim P. came to the rescue. I'm not sure anyone from Oracle is reading these posts any more so not sure who to ask to look into it. I guess open an SR? Seems kind of strange.
