DB Adapter Missing operation v19.1.5.0.0 (190224.0400.25000)

No option to insert/update/select/merge operation

Hi Experts,

We have patched our customer managed OIC environment from 18.x to 19.1.5.0.0 . The new version does not seem to have the operations for insert/select/merge/update. The only operations available are as per below screenshot. Is it something we need to raise a SR or DB adapater no longer supports the missing operation.
