Concurrent Absence requirement for the State of California

Customer based in California, USA is looking to concurrently mark an employee on a maximum of 4 absence types

Our Customer is  California based Natural Resources Corporation with around 1500 active employee split into different unions. For Employees going on some Unpaid leave types , they need to concurrently add 2 Absence Types - One Unpaid Leave and another the California Family Rights Acts Leave. Further to supplement the Employees' income the client would also like if the Employee could add a Vacation leave on the same dates to prevent any loss of income. This is not allowed by the Absence Management Module which only allows 2 leaves to be applied concurrently.
