Hi everyone,
Just wanted to see if there is a way to achieve the following requirements:
Is there a way we can automate to change the assignment status when someone goes on Long Term Disability Leave or Short Term Disability? For example, their assignment status will change from Active – Payroll Eligible to Active – No Payroll.
Can we transfer the balance from the Accrual plan to Qualification Plan? For example, if someone wants to go on a Long-Term Disability plan so in this scenario they should use their accrual balance and when it’s all used up they will go on Unpaid absence.
