Summary

Some managers are receiving Withdraw notifications when they approve timecards

Content

A few managers have reported that they always receive a "Withdrawn" notification after they approve timecards for their employees.  We cannot determine why this is occurring for some managers and not others.  Attached is a screen print of the notification that is being received in some cases.  The subject line of the notification say "Withdrawn: Approval of Payroll Time Entries", but the body of the notification says "Approval of Payroll Time Entries".   We also noticed that at the bottom of the notification in the History section, there are steps that show "Withdrawn", but the leader and employee are not doing
