Unable to Open Cloud Report in BICS DataSync v2.2 

Problem Description 
--------------------------------------------------- 
I have configured BICS Data-sync v2.2 in my local machine and able to configured successful 
connection from our cloud environment. I am trying to open a cloud report in BICS Data-sync v2.2 tool 
for extract the data, but it's failing with given error 
Error getting columns 
MESSAGE:::Client received SOAP Fault from server : Path not found (/shared/Custom/test123) 
EXCEPTION CLASS::: oracle.j2ee.ws.client.jaxws.JRFSOAPFaultException 
Could you please guide us on how we can fix this issue or any documentation around it will be very helpful
